SUL mission is to bring together the practice and application of Sound Medicine and Quantum Physics. Our aim is to raise awareness and provide support in the individual and collective growth in both consciousness and well-being through sound healing.
Our greatest joy is to support people from all walks of life to be equipped with the knowledge and wisdom of sound healing in everyday life and in their own practices. To produce sounds in a conscious, responsible and uplifting way for the purpose of well-being at all levels and world peace.

WHAT IS SOUND HEALING?
Sound Healing is the use of sounds and vibrations which can be a combination of various instruments (crystal singing bowls, gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks etc) or voice to relax the mind, bring the body back into balance and stimulate the brain into to a more relaxed state.
HOW SOUND HEALING WORKS?
Sound Healing is the use of high vibrational sounds or frequencies. Research has shown that liquids move in specific patterns in the presence of sound frequencies. Our cells are filled with fluid as the human body is made up of more than 70% water, so sound frequency stimulation effects us deep at a cellular level. The sound vibrations/frequencies relax both our nervous system and brain waves and these enable our body to go into a self-healing mode. In this state, the emotional and energetic blockages may also be released.
SOUND HEALING BENEFITS
Sound Healing dates as far back as Ancient Egypt and its benefits range from deep relaxation to cellular repair. The harmonic sounds and vibrations stimulate the beta, alpha, theta, delta and gamma brain waves, inducing a deep peaceful state or meditation.
