TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that our courses and events are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience.

Our cancellation policy and terms are in place to offer clarity and state the attendee's rights in the event of an unexpected cancellation or unforeseen change. The terms below are between the Sound Universe London and the attendee. 

Bowl Purchase Terms
BOWL PURCHASE TERMS
  • All products listed on the purchaser’s invoice are in good working condition.

  • We offer a free one-to-one consultation service to help you find the right bowl for you. Our consultations are offered in-person in East London, or via Zoom, Skype and FaceTime. Video links are also available. We are therefore unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any purchase of a Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowl®.

  • All inclusions such as bubbles, spots or lines found on Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® are formed during the firing process and are unique birth markings to each bowl. They do not affect the performance of the bowl.

  • Alchemy Crystal bowls must be paid for in full before collection/shipping.

  • All bank fees for international payments must be paid for by the client.

  • Shipping is not included in the price of any Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls.® We ship worldwide with UPS and the price varies depending on the country. Shipping can be arranged and an approximate price quote given on request. Please note this approximate price quote is indicative and subject to change.

  • International shipping may incur additional customs duties or local taxes. Payment of any customs duties or local taxes remains the sole responsibility of the client.

  • All Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls® shipped by Sound Universe London are insured to the purchase value of the item, not including the cost of shipping.

  • If a courier is arranged by the client for collection rather than in-person then Sound Universe London cannot be held liable for any damages that occur during transit.

  • We are able to reserve a bowl/s if a non-refundable 50% deposit is put down. Once the bowl has then been paid in full shipping/ collection will be arranged.

  • Payment options - we are able to offer bespoke payment plans for those not able to purchase the bowl in one transaction. A plan can be set monthly and the bowl/s can be shipped/ collected once it has been paid off in full.

Course Terms
COURSE TERMS
  • By registering with Sound Universe London to provide sound healing training and courses (Services) to the client or customer, here known as, the student; You, the student hereby agree with the following terms and conditions (Terms) shall apply in relation to the Services and that such terms shall take precedence over any other terms.

  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations after midnight three weeks prior to the course start date, during or after the course.

  • In the event that you are unable to attend a booked and confirmed live practicum training date, we may be able to offer a reschedule of the training (subject to availability and at the discretion of Sound Universe London), provided you contact us no later than 72 hours prior to the training course date by email to info@sounduniverselondon.com. Where it is possible to offer a reschedule of training, this will be subject to a rescheduling fee of $375 (USD). We operate a ‘fair use’ policy for rescheduling and all courses can only be rescheduled on one occasion. Failing to attend the rescheduled date you will be required to book the training at full price.

  • Where a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend for their booked live training date without a minimum of 3 day’s notice by email to info@sounduniverselondon.com, you will automatically forfeit your course fee and Sound Universe London will be under no obligation to provide any further rescheduling.

Course Terms
COURSE TERMS - Arcturus Quantum Healing® Courses (Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • We do not offer refunds for cancellations after midnight three weeks prior to the course start date, during or after the course.

  • More than 3 weeks before course start date: Full refund less a $30USD admin fee.

  • Once class has begun, all payments and instalments are Non-Refundable.

  • The student needs to make sure to have adequate funds in place for the chosen payment method. Failure to do so will incur a late fee of $100USD.

  • Where a student is a ‘no show’, failing to attend and participate without a minimum of 3 day’s notice by email to infoyantara@gmail.com, you will automatically forfeit your course fee and we will be under no obligation to provide any further rescheduling.

  • Any exception is at the office's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

  • It is the student’s sole responsibility to complete and submit coursework on time. Students who fail to complete the meditation exercises during the timeline provided will not be permitted to proceed to stage two - Arcturus Main Course. Please note that NO EXTENSIONS WILL BE GIVEN.

  • NO refund will be provided to students who fail to complete the First Stage: Preliminary Mind-Disciplinary Meditations. You will be enrolled in the next available course at a recourse fee of $200USD.

  • Confidentiality provides privacy and safety within the group. Students must work within the guideline that all personal information about group members is confidential.

Private Sessions
PRIVATE SESSIONS
  • A full refund will be given if more than 3 days notice is given prior to the session

  • Strictly no refund for cancellations with less than 3 days notice

Event Terms
EVENTS TERMS
  • A full refund will be given if  7 days or more are given for cancellation before event

  • Strictly no refund for cancellations after midnight 7 days prior to the event

General Terms
GENERAL TERMS
  • Any charges incurred for the transfer of refunds e.g bank fees must be paid for by the client

  • Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless stated otherwise 

  • Under unforeseen circumstances, and in the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course or event, we will fully refund any fee or deposit that has paid already.

  • If flights are required, we advise to take out insurance when buying tickets, to cover any such unlikely event, or any other event where you would have to cancel yourself. 

  • We are not liable for cancellation fees incurred from flights bookings, travel expenses or accommodation costs. 

  • We are not able to offer compensation for any delays or cancellation of any flights, trains, buses or other forms of transport.

  • We reserve the right to alter any venue activity prior to the event/ course starting.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the attendee.

  • We recommend that all attendees have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.
