Lisa Pollitt Breathwork

The start of February is a good opportunity to focus your attention on cleansing your inner self, so what better way than to spend a nurturing afternoon with Lisa Pollitt (of Breathing Bliss) and Kate Stewart. You'll experience the scientifically proven (and extremely powerful) conscious connected breathwork technique led by Lisa, followed by a restorative Sound Healing Journey led by Kate. A perfect combination that will send you floating home in a state of bliss!

These workshops provide a safe space for you to let go of what is no longer serving you, open the heart, heal the body and help bring about balance once more.

When we are at dis-ease in our bodies and feeling out of balance, we are out of harmony. When breathing deeply using our diaphragm we connect to our authentic selves. Breathwork has the power to revitalise our immune system, increase our cardiovascular capacity, connect to our purpose and feel deep bliss.

The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls produce powerful tones that resonate deep within the body. Our cells are filled with fluid as the human body is made up of more than 70% water, so sound frequency stimulation affects us deep at a cellular level. The sound vibrations/frequencies relax both our nervous system and brain waves, and enables our body to go into a self-healing mode. In this state, emotional and energetic blockages may also be released.

You will leave feeling restored, rebalanced and back in harmony once more.
