An evening of powerful Breathwork & Sound - Awaken your senses and create space for deep healing
Wednesday 6th November: 7:30pm - 9:30pm
Join Neil Greenwood, leader of Morning Gloryville, the immersive sober rave, and Kate Stewart of Sound Universe London for an evening of awakening at The Old Baths, our Soul Space. This will be a powerful night to connect to our higher selves. Using a combination of Breathwork and Sound Healing, we will provide a safe space for you to let go of what no longer serves you.
The evening will start with some guided breathwork exercises to harness our chi and channel our vital life force energy. The ancient mystics knew the power of chi. They knew about deep connectivity to nature and universal order and chaos. Through stilling the mind we can explore our inner awareness, learning to harness the essence of the breath of life.
We all carry childhood emotional trauma, even built in karmic damage from our family and ancestral heritage. Through breathwork and allowing yourself time to explore, you can learn to face these repressed fears, pains and blockages that are affecting your waking life. Then you start to bring comfort to the mind, learning to love yourself deeply.
The second half of the workshop Kate will share a sound healing activation using the Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls, guiding you to a place of inner empowerment and peace.
The sound vibrations relax both our nervous system and brain waves and these enable our body to go into a self-healing mode. When we are at dis-ease in our bodies and feeling out of balance we are out of harmony. The crystal singing bowls have the ability to affect us in such a way that they restore your cells and every part of your body back to balance. Aligning your unique frequency and bringing you back into harmony.
When we unite the mind, body and spirit, we open up to knowledge and teachings such as:
Activating your innate power within DNA coding
Cutting negative emotional attachments
Ancestral Karma Healing
To close the evening, we will all sit together and share the experiences of the night. Although we experience learning in a way completely unique to us, we benefit through observation of others discoveries throughout our journey.
